*New in 2017: Reserve your spot and save money by purchasing your tickets online in advance. A limited number of tickets are available each night; admission will be $3 more at the gate! Tickets are on sale NOW and they are subject to selling out! Be sure to get yours while still available!*
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo will come alive with the spirit of Halloween when thousands of little superheroes, princesses and pirates attend Boo at the Zoo this October. Boo at the Zoo is a fun way for families to trick or treat and enjoy Halloween festivities in a safe and unique environment. This year’s Boo at the Zoo is Oct. 20-22, 27-29, and 31. Hours are from 4 – 8:30 p.m. all seven nights, with the last admission sold at 7:30 p.m. (Cheyenne Mountain Zoo admission windows will close for daytime admission at 2 p.m.) Put on your costume and bring your trick-or-treat bag and flashlight to the wildest Halloween event in town.
Frightfully fun attractions include a Haunted Fun House, Ghoulish Graveyard and Pirate Cove. Plus, a visit to the Zoo wouldn’t be complete without animals! Special keeper talks and animal demos will be offered each night. Select animal exhibits will also be open until 8 p.m.!
An elephant-sized amount of candy (more than 9,000 pounds!) will be handed out at Spooky Treat Stations throughout the Zoo during Boo at the Zoo. The Zoo’s candy supply is purchased from companies that are members of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). This means they are committed to the use of sustainable palm oil and the protection of orangutan habitats in Indonesia and Malaysia. •Discounted tickets purchased online (senior and military) will only be valid at the front gate when accompanied by valid form of identification. (For a list of accepted military identifiers please visit cmzoo.org/boo)
•On-site parking is first come, first served. If our parking lot is full when you arrive, you will be directed to a free shuttle at a nearby off-site location.
