Unified Title Company LLC and Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado, LLC are twin subsidiaries of ET Investments, LLC, an investment firm that is based in Colorado and committed to supporting locally owned and operated agencies around the country. Though legally distinct, the two subsidiaries comprise a single family. They share a common mission, vision and values. Both are full-service providers of title insurance, escrow and related products for residential and commercial real estate transactions across Colorado. Both companies are led by Brian Cooper, who is the owner and president. Brian is based in Colorado Springs and is ably assisted by Michael Oakes. Mike serves as vice-president of Unified Title Company of Northern Colorado and he operates out of Greeley.
