Colorado inspires us both. Andrew was raised in the mountains. Tracy was drawn to them. We have built our home in the mountain community of Leadville and we want to help you find your place in Colorado as well. Andrew, Owner and Managing Broker, has been managing hotels in Vail for more than 14 years. Merging his passion for hospitality, customer service and homeownership, Andrew began his real estate career in Leadville in 2011. Having rented his own properties for years, Andrew manages client properties like they were his own. He specializes in helping clients purchase REO properties and is a Colorado Certified Short Sale agent. Andrew understands the complexity of the real estate industry. To provide clients with the highest-level of service, he completed his Graduate, Realtor Institute certification with the National Association of Realtors. This nationally recognized program equips agents with an advanced educational foundation of the technologies, laws, and procedures that govern the real estate industry. Andrew brings a sincere dedication to each client’s interests. Be it homeownership, property marketing or property management, he handles each transaction with transparency, care and integrity. Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Boulder. He is a member of the Vail and Central Colorado Board of Realtors and is president of the Brooklyn Metropolitan District Board of Directors in Leadville.
