Self-Care Arts have many seminars on various Martial Arts systems. Sifu Martin Kelly has been studying Martial Arts for over 50 years and trained with various masters from different arts. These seminars come in two types; At the school or mountain retreat intensives. These seminars are open to the public and not just for active students.
