Whether it’s a speciality espresso from Ethiopia or a perfect cocktail, there’s nothing mundane about this former space that was literally home to the old Principal’s office at Ivywild.

With exceptional seasonal and estate coffee varieties from around the world to original cocktails prepared with freshly squeezed juices, The Principal’s Office is up to something good. Although don’t be surprised if you want to get in trouble just so you can go hang out there! The space is friendly and approachable with casual seating sprinkled throughout (including The Teacher’s Lounge and Study Hall located right next door) and a patio to enjoy the beautiful Colorado Springs weather and view by day or night.

We suggest you report to The Principal’s Office immediately. Scribble on the chalk board bar tops. Talk back to the Principal. Just don’t leave without quenching your thirst!
