Real estate and adventure are in Erika's DNA. She's a Colorado native, and participates in many activities: skiing, hiking, biking, camping, and her favorite is sailing. During her early years growing up in Colorado Springs, the family sailed down the coast of the Americas, logging over 4,000 nautical miles. The family business was construction and real estate development, so she's been around real estate her whole life. Erika has a bachelor's degree in anthropology, and is active in the oil and gas industry, as well as real estate. Her ability to negotiate makes her a talented real estate agent. Her enthusiasm and loyalty to her clients make closing the transaction an enjoyable process. She has teamed up with her mother, Gretchen Werschky, a real estate veteran with 20 successful years helping local families with all of their real estate needs.
