Luigi’s is the oldest, continuously family owned and operated restaurant in Colorado Springs. Luigi’s opened in 1958, and through the hard work and determination of Leo & Anne Cervetti, their children, their family and countless dedicated employees, Luigi’s lives on today.
Thanks to our loyal customers, Luigi’s has been able to survive the onslaught of chains, the ups and downs of an uncertain economy, the whims of mother nature, fad dieting, and the northeast direction of development and population growth.
We at Luigi’s believe that our side of town is still wonderful and vital, with tremendous potential. It is special and unique, keeping its small town neighborly feel, with a touch of quirkiness that is characteristic of the south side. This has been OUR neighborhood for over 57 years, and we’re not going anywhere!
Luigi’s has been, and always will be, a family restaurant. My family built the business by catering to families. You can bring your family, young and old, knowing that Luigi’s is a family environment. Generations of families celebrate milestones, passings, transitions, and simple moments.
