Paris Crepe

we have set out to provide a new fast food to Colorado Springs. Our menu will include Kosher products, gluten free, vegan, and many organic options. We will have European cheeses, olives, beef prosciutto, beautiful salads, house-made soups, as well as a few surprises along the way. The main event will be crepes-crepes that are prepared in front of our guests. We want our guests to feel like they can frequent our restaurant like they frequent Chipotle. We are inspired to provide a gourmet option to the downtown area, without making it fussy.
