The Urban Fairy

Hello and welcome! I'm Danielle, aka The Urban Fairy! I live in beautiful Colorado with my husband, mother ( she's also my best friend! ) and our 5 kids. Believe you me I have my hands full! Being able to work from home creating digital designs really gives me the chance to be there for my kids, especially since each one of them has their own unique set of needs.

I am a proud Autism mom learning to see the world in different ways all the time! It's a very big inspiration for me as well as a challenge all on its' own. I've become rather passionate about special needs as my family also faces PTSD, Anxiety ( this is no joke and not something to take lightly! ), ADHD, ODD and depression. My hands are FULL! But I appreciate the chance to learn about these differences and become more and more accepting every day.

I try to include the craziness of my daily life in my designs which has produced collections such as the A Mess line, Yes I'm Different, Today is Hard and so many more! It's a great chance for me to show others all about the struggles we face on a daily basis. It may not be all sugar and rainbows but it is one heck of a blessing!
