located in downtown puebloʼs union avenue historic district, hopscotch bakery is the culmination of both a life-long dream and extremely hard work!
pastry chef and owner mary oreskovich (a 1988 university of colorado graduate and a 1995 culinary institute of america new york graduate) returned to her hometown of pueblo, colorado with a vision. she wanted a shop of her own that not only served hand-crafted food, but also gracious service in a warm and fun atmosphere. hopscotch bakery was launched in 2005.
