Papa Jose's Union Cafe

Papa Jose's is owned and operated by Native Puebloan Mike Pacheco. He and his mother Elly Pennington started Papa Joses's Union Cafe in 1998. Their love for Pueblo and the Pueblo Food has been the inspiration to serve the community in this way. Pueblo's Union Avenue Historical Downtown has many stories to tell and the love for Green Chili is one of them. Elly is dearly missed as she passed in 2016, but Mike continues to offer the same great Mexican Food and a few other great menu choices (ie: Burgers & Fries, Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Planks, Corn Dogs) Monday thru Saturday at the 320 S Union Ave Location.
