Join Outlets at Castle Rock May 4th & 5th as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo! With two days of festivities, it’s a fun celebration for the whole family.
On Saturday, May 4th, enjoy delicious bites from local food trucks Tacos with Altitude and Philly on the Go, plus sweet treats from Kona Ice and Castle Rock Kettle Corn. All food trucks will be located in the event courtyard nearby Polo Ralph Lauren and H&M. Mexican beers will also be available for purchase for a $5 (per beer) donation to the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley.
At 1pm, be sure to take a trip to the west Courtyard near Express and Oakley to see Ballet Folklorico Baile Caliente perform traditional dances from multiple regions of Mexico.
On Sunday, May 5th, a mariachi band will serenade our guests in the Food Court from noon-1pm.
