We all need a little balance and relaxation in our lives! If you've been feeling disconnected or out of tune lately, this is the event for you! Sound therapy is a popular way to balance out your energy centers (also known as chakras).
Each of your centers resonates at a specific frequency.
The mirror neurons in your body will mirror the healing frequency of the chakra tuned singing bowls, helping you with relaxation, relief from anxiety and help with insomnia to give you a great nights sleep!
