Learn to make some of your own Christmas magic by crafting a Christmas tree-shaped charcuterie board in your city Colorado springs
Event Details
In this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks on how to artfully arrange a charcuterie board. We will be using three different types of meats, proscuitto, hard salami, and chorizo, and four cheeses, brie, mozzarella, chipotle cheddar, and baby gouda, two of which are sourced from Sawatch, a local artisan foods company!
Cost includes all supplies to make a Christmas tree charcuterie.
The platform for your charcuterie tree is made of a recyclable bamboo that is one-time use.
