39th annual ccnco de mayo scholarship gala and dance

Doors open 4:00 pm social & silent auction
5:00 pm start banquet program
6:30 pm end of program
Silent auction ends 9:00p.M.
Dance starts at 7:00 pm ends at 11:00 pm
Creekside event center 5515 palmer park blvd. Colorado springs, co. 80915
Event menu:
4:00 pm - appetizers
Fresh fruit, berries with brie, stuffed mushrooms, and rolled tacos.
5:00 pm - dinner menu (gf = gluten free):
Amber salad-romaine and spring mix, strawberries, candied pecans and raspberry vinaigrette-gf
Grilled alaskan salmon- served with raspberry chipotle sauce-gf and chicken marsala- flame grilled chicken breast finished in the oven served with mushroom marsala sauce (2 entrees)
Squash sauté- zucchini and yellow squash sautéed in olive oil with purple onion, seasoned with salt and pepper-gf
Whipped potatoes with garlic and white pepper-gf
Dinner roll
Lemonade, water, coffee
Vegetarian meal: herb crusted eggplant
Cash bar will be available throughout the event
